LEGA League 
The Lega Società Pallacanestro Serie A, founded the 27th of May 1970 is a body of the Italian Basketball Federation, to whom the organization of Serie A activities has been applied.
Coppa Italia (Italian Cup), this year being played under a "final eight" formula. The teams entitled to participate are the 7 A-1 teams best placed at the end of the regular season, plus the best qualified team of A-2. All Star Game. The National Team plays against a team made up of the best players elected by LEGA with the help of the fans. SuperCoppa, a game where the winner of the national championship plays against the winner of the Coppa Italia. With regard to television, the games are shown live on Rai Tre, on Saturdays at 15.45h., and on Sunday night (at 20.30 h.) on Rai Satellite.
